Let us list your items on Ebay. Contact us via phone or email for an item consultation. We will schedule
an appointment with you and visit you at an agreed upon time and place. We will look at your item (s) and
gather a little information from you. Tell us what you know about the item and we will take the item on
consignment and do a little research to make sure your item is a good fit for selling on Ebay. We will
provide you with a receipt for your item and we will take it from there! No further action will be
required from you unless your item does not sell. We will list your item one more time in the case it
does not sell. If it does not sell at that point, we will return the item to you within 10 business days or
you may donate the item
and you owe us nothing on a Basic listing. We donate to Animal Aid Thrift
Shop, proceeds benefit homeless animals.You will be mailed a donation receipt for your item at that
time.

If your item sells, we handle all transactions with the buyer and make the appropriate fee payments to
Ebay. We use a service called PayPal for secure online transactions. Once payment is received from
the buyer, we will package and ship the item by the service determined by the auction, either
UPS or
USPS. After all this has taken place, we will send you a check for the sale price minus our commission.
Our commission covers all Ebay and PayPal fees, and the shipping costs are paid additionally from the
buyer. This means no additional fees will be due from you or deducted from your payment.
We operate on a simple fee structure. 30-25-20.

If your item sells for up to $100.00 we take a
30% commission.
If your item sells for $100.01 to $1000.00 we take a
25% commission.
If your item sells for over $1000.00 we take a
20% commission.
If your item does not sell you owe us
nothing on a Basic listing.
If you are only looking for a shipping and packing solution, contact us via phone or email. We will
schedule an appointment with you and visit you at an agreed upon time and place. We will evaluate your
item (size, weight and value) and we will give you shipping quotes depending on how quickly you need
the item to get where you need it to go. Payment is due before we can take control of your item to
package and ship, and you will be provided a receipt for your payment and reflecting we have taken
your item for your records. We will email or mail you your tracking information when it is available
(after the item has been processed for shipping).
